Any domain name is available to anyone who qualifies to register it and it can be registered for a period up to 10 years. If for whatever reason the domain expired, the domain enters a renewal Grace Period that usually lasts for 75 days. Then the domain will be in a Pending Delete for 5 more calendar days: this is the last chance to backorder a domain before it is released to the public.
